ONE DAYTONA, International Speedway Corporation’s (“ISC”) planned mixed-use and entertainment destination located across from the Daytona International Speedway, announced today that Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, and MidiCi: The Neapolitan Pizza Company have all signed leases as new tenants. ISC’s Vice President of Corporate Development Jeff Boerger made the announcement.
“ONE DAYTONA will feature a dynamic mix of aesthetic and vibrant retail, restaurant and entertainment options unlike anything in the region,” said Boerger. “As we continue to curate a best-in-class roster of regional and national tenants, we are very pleased to announce the addition of these outstanding first to market restaurants.”
Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based barbeque restaurant, will open a 6,500-square-foot location. Recipients of over 300 awards and numerous BBQ titles and known for serving the best barbeque in the Midwest, Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ will serve delectable smoked meats, including its signature burnt ends, slow smoked ribs, pulled pork, and more. Oklahoma Joe’s BBQ has been recognized by world-renown chef Anthony Bourdain as one of the “13 Places to Eat Before You Die” in Men’s Health magazine, and was voted “Tastiest Ribs in America” by USA Today.
Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, an award-winning restaurant and brewery that has been pioneering the craft beer revolution for more than 25 years, will open its first Florida location at ONE DAYTONA. Occupying 6,800 square feet in Victory Circle, Rock Bottom has a lively atmosphere centered around its on-site brewer, offering an approachable and engaging craft beer experience and a variety of popular American craveable food to pair with its unique selection of signature brews. Rock Bottom’s personal brewers and friendly staff work to recognize each guest and connect over stories, inspiration and love of craft beer to make every guest feel welcome and part of the Rock Bottom community.
Located across from Victory Circle on Daytona Boulevard, MidiCi: The Neapolitan Pizza Company, famous for its high-quality, fresh, natural, and non-GMO ingredients, will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet of space. Setting them apart from the traditional pizza restaurants, MidiCi’s expertly crafted menu is driven by Italian executive chefs where guests can select from traditional and signature menu options or create their own authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza baked to perfection in 90 seconds. MidiCi provides pizza lovers with an upscale dining atmosphere while maintaining the ease and affordability of a casual restaurant concept.
ONE DAYTONA will also include a 67,000-square-foot Bass Pro Shops Outpost, a 12-screen Cobb Theatres, a 145-room Marriott Autograph Collection hotel branded as The DAYTONA®, a 105-room select service Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and a 276-unit luxury apartment community. Other tenants recently announced include P.F. Chang’s, Kilwins Confections and Hy’s Toggery, a nearly 50-year-old family-owned retailer specializing in southern outerwear, performance clothing and modern classics.
Located at the intersection of I-95 and I-4 and across from the Daytona International Speedway, ONE DAYTONA is slated to open in fall 2017.

ONE DAYTONA selected Shaner Hotels and PHG as its hotel partners. Shaner Hotels and PHG have confirmed an exclusive 145-room, full-service Marriott Autograph Collection® hotel, The DAYTONA®, and an approximately 105-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. PHG is the confirmed residential partner and initial planning is underway for an approximately 276-unit rental apartment community including a four-story midrise campus and garden style complex.
